Saturday, January 19, Moving to Titusville

Today is moving day… we were packed up & ready to move on by 10:15. The sun is warm today and the temp is 16C (60.8F). We are heading south on I-95 to Titusville.

11:15 we made a brief stop at Gander Mountain, St. Augustine, looking for Columbia shoes for Marcel.

By 11:35 we were back on the road with a new pair of hiking shoes.

Passing by Daytona Beach, the temp had increased to 22C (71.6F).

Shortly after, at 12:45, it clouded over with brief periods of light rain. Fifteen minutes later, the skies cleared and the temp was 24C (75.2F). Some places say that if you don’t like the weather, wait an hour and it will change. Here, the wait is only 10 – 15 minutes!

We arrived at Seasons in the Sun RV & Motorcoach Resort . (www.seasonsinthesunrv.com ) and are booked in for a week.

Got set up, looks like a nice park BUT we can’t get Wi-Fi at our site. Have to go to the Clubhouse, which is a nuisance since it gets dark by 6:00 and I am not a fan of coming across a snake or ‘gator in the dark. The evening is when I have time to work on the Blog online, so I am doing it offline and will post when I get to the clubhouse.

Good thing is that the cable TV is good.

We went off to Will-Dixie for groceries.
