January 9, 2013 Syracuse, Indiana

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we arrived at Redwood RV, only to find out that they found the trailer in the parking lot, moved it inside and were already working on it!

We left them to do their thing, and went for a drive to Elkhart, to visit the RV/MH Hall of Fame www.rvmhhalloffame.org . It was a fascinating look at the history of RV'ing over the years. This is the smallest Airstream built.

From there, we went to Shipshewana, where there is a huge Flea Market. It is only open from May - October however. We had lunch there and since this is Amish country, there were many, many horse & buggies travelling the road.

It is a beautiful, sunny day, the temp has gone up to +7C and the ice sculptures are melting.

Back to Syracuse and Redwood RV for a tour of the manufacturing facility. It was interesting to see the production line, which answered some questions we had about the location of some of the equipment.
