January 30, Moving to Mesa Regal

Packed up for the big move to a new park. It is just around the corner, less than 3km away.

Checked in at 11:30, only to find out that there is very limited wi-fi. We were told that we would need a booster. We have gone from Palm tree lined streets to streets lined with orange, grapefruit, lemon & lime trees!





After getting set up, we walked around the park to find out where things are. It is a lovely park, with everything one would want EXCEPT Wi-Fi!!! There are tennis courts, shuffleboard, 3 pools, spas, bocce ball, pickle ball (that was new to me), library, wood shop, lapidary, billiards, quilting & sewing, and the list goes on & on.

There are a lot of Minnesota licence plates, as well as a lot from BC, Alberta & Saskatchewan. One of our neighbours is from North Bay!

After a long drive today, Marcel gets to relax, reading a book.
