We were up early this morning and on the road by 7:00. Great day for travelling as we were all alone on the road. Drove through Rugby, North Dakota, which is the geographical centre of North America.
There was quite a stretch of highway around Tioga which was active with oil patch workers. There were hundreds of buildings for housing the workers. It was like Fort McMurray.
As we entered Montana, the time changed again, this time to Mountain Time. The temperature has steadily risen through the day and by 12:30 it was 34C! Due to having the A/C on in the truck, we hadn't noticed how hot it had become. LOL.
We arrived at the Cottonwood Inn & RV Park, Glasgow, North Dakota at 1:45, got set up & turned on the A/C in the trailer. The Wi-Fi was excellent, finally!
Logged 591km today.
